Knox basketball is one of the most competitive programs on campus and one of the most welcoming. With four teams across boys’ and girls’ varsity and JV, players at every level get real minutes, real coaching, and a real shot at a league title.

Our teams practice six days a week in the Fitzgerald Athletic Center, with dedicated strength and film sessions built into the week. The result is a program that has reached the PSAA semifinals in five of the last six seasons while graduating players who go on to compete at the collegiate level.

New players are welcome. JV exists to develop athletes who’ve never played organized ball, and every season a handful of first-timers earn varsity minutes by March.
